Explore the natural beauty of Sarapiqui region from the waters of the Sarapiqui River. In this tour, you will see and learn about the variety of wildlife and plants that can be seen only from the river. This white water kayak trip (class I and II) gives beginners and advanced the opportunity to gain experience and paddle a new river. This trip is not a kayak clinic, but is a wonderful opportunity to practice your kayaking techniques under the guidance of a qualified instructor in a calm section of the river.The tour lasts about 4 hours in total and is great for passengers who are willing to paddle and follow instructions of the guide.
Adult Beginner Whitewater Kayak Clinic: we make learning so much fun that you will never want to stop boating! Professional and supportive instruction with a 4 to 1 instructor to student ratio. Swimming in current, ferrying, edging, paddle strokes. Get ready for river trips, learn skills at a pace that will make you want to come back and learn more, and more and more. (Lodging package available as an add on in downtown.) Dinner at a brewery included the first night with orientation after. Back of the house brewing facility tour after a hard day of boating with a stop in the tasting room/gift shop. Meet at the river on Days 2 and 3, we will bring your gear!
